The team sees young people aged 11 – 24 years of age. Usually there is no cost to the client. We predominantly work on a one to one basis with our clients, though we also run some educational group programmes. Our core work is to assist young people to work through problematic behaviour which presents as abuse/violence towards others and also self, responding in a healthy way to difficult emotions, anger guilt , sadness, grief etc. We have a very good supportive team. The one to one programme provides 10-12 sessions where the young person can talk about anything that is impacting on them in a safe, confident and caring environment. There are also opportunities for parents/caregivers to engage with an EY clinician, in support of their young person.
