Pascha Therapy is a feeling-based form of counselling for emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. It encourages life’s balance and movement forward. In my practice room in Rangiora or Christchurch, you will find a safe place to learn about yourself, expand your awareness and to heal. I offer practical and caring support which will assist you to open your feelings and the growth this invites in your life.

Since early 2009 I have been working part-time as a volunteer counsellor for the New Zealand AIDS Foundation, supporting and counselling people who are infected or affected by the HIV virus. I have experience in working with clients affected by grief, sexuality and gender issues, and relationships (including couples counselling). I also provide support with issues around depression, grief and personal growth.

Appointments are available in Rangiora and Christchurch.

Queer friendly and straight therapist. I have worked as a therapist since 1976 and as a supervisor with gay and lesbian phone counsellors. I have experience working with gay, lesbian and bisexual relationships, transgender people and others unsure of their sexuality and orientation, as well as usual issues of living. Appointments and fees can be negotiated.

There is plenty of off st parking available. Hours: 9am – 7pm Mon – Fri.

We offer free counselling, a drop-in, low-cost courses, crisis support, information on other services and lesbian specific information. Our library has a huge selection of lesbian novels, and books on lesbian issues. The ‘lesbian support’ page on our website includes the ‘lesbian notices’ with info on events, social groups etc.
